  • If you're unhappy the day of the service, let us know right away and we will correct it as soon as possible—at no additional charge.

  • Wear the color and design for a full 14 days. If it does not completely live up to your expectations of quality—or if for any reason you're dissatisfied, simply let us know and we will immediately schedule an appointment for you so that we can adjust the color to your satisfaction.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Should the cancellation of your salon service be necessary, please call us 24 hours in advance of your reservation to avoid being charged.  Call 208-939-9867.  Thank you.

    CHILDREN

    We offer services to children by appointment only. As a courtesy to other clients, please make arrangements for your children’s oversight. We understand that you cannot watch them yourself while you are obtaining salon services.
